About the Artist

My journey for the art of healing began at the age of 18 years old. After living on long Island N Y and never fitting in. I embarked on an adventure of healing with my Love Scott. January of 1992, I packed my bag and my Dachshund Spanky and boarded the plane for Northern California to join Scott and begin our lives. Growing up happens almost instantly when you leave your childhood familiars. We were married shortly after, and then it was off to the Texas plains. Four years after that with our first daughter, we packed up and relocated to the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Always searching for…. Peace. With in my self, with in our relationship, with in my world. What I found after seven thousand miles in 7 years was that Peace was not at any particular location. It had to be achieved with in myself. Now with that new enlightened information, the bottom fell out.
June 16, 2006 marked the beginning of a twisting spiral that knocked me off my enlightened high horse. Now I needed to use those holistic and spiritual tools to survive the anxiety that gripped me everyday. The Herbalism, EFT, Crystal therapy, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and even the Channeling, now was not just to aid in healing others, it needed to be use to heal myself.
Now , I move forward every day. That’s all we can ask.. Balance the light and the dark of ourselves. Allow the flow of Peace love and light to flow freely from and to ourselves.
My love for art had begun to be an expression of myself. The painting that I had done in the past, Mystical murals, had transformed into the “Bugs and Flowers Collection” Then to The Blue Series, It was the expression of my emotions and experiences with anxiety and the healing process with in it.
Not the usual “About the Artist”, because I am not usual and I will end this with an affirmation.
I am Corey, I am a Mother, Daughter, Wife, Teacher, Student, Tree hugger and Earth lover, an Artist, Hypnotherapist, Herbal therapist,, Reiki Master, I am a Clairaudient and Clairsentient Channel, I am capable of healing.
